Tallinn, Estonia

Tallinn old town is charming and energetic. My favorite town among Baltic port of calls. Old town is not far from harbor, but taxi to upper town can save you time and is best for seniors. Although old town is small, it gets many things to explore. Cobble streets are all flat. Only short leg connecting upper town and lower town is a short slope as the name suggests.  The gate to upper town has a cafe on the top and climbing up is free.

Travel Tips

  • take taxi to upper old town and walk back down
  • two great view platforms at upper town
  • you possibly can find lower souvenir price in shops along short leg.
