Canadian maple syrup season normally runs from February to April when winter closes to the ends and  temperature swings between warm days and cool nights. Many farms host maple celebration with maple syrup meals and activities very much like pumpkin fest in October. Each farm’s operation time varies. Check open date and hour before you go.
