Sedona and nearby areas have many nice attractions to offer, such as canyon view along 89A, Slide Rock State Park, Tuzigoot, Red Rock State Park, and Montezuma Castle, national forests. Town is full of shops. There are many nice trails around. Two nights or more won’t get you bored at all.
Devil’s Bridge
Devil’s Bridge is one of the top trail in Sedona. It is a short trail and the view is stunning. Be ware that the trail-head is still one mile away from the parking lot unless your car is 4-wheel drive.
National Forest
We stop here by local recommendation. This is a for-fee national forest recreation, a good place to picnic, biking and enjoy at least half day. Unfortunately our schedule is tight that we only stay about 1 hour some. Walking on river bed is the highlight during the time.
Sedona is one of the town that I would like to go back more times.
