Bavaria 14-day Palaces/Castles tickets

We were in Bavaira for about a week and planned to visit many of the Bavaria palaces/castles. This 14-day tickets for Family covers 2 adults and kids. The price was 66 Euro (in 2022) for family tickets. Check website for more information and list of covered places.

Imperial Castle (including museum, deep well and Sinwell Tower) and Tucher Palace are covered in Nuremberg

Nuremberg Museum Day Tickets

For the Museums in Nuremberg there is an option to pay an additional 3 Euros and use your entrance ticket as a day ticket for other museums on the same day. Information here.

The following museums in Nuremberg are covered (we only visited Documentation Center Nazi Party Rally Grounds and Memorium Nuremberg Trials)

Parking

Parking lot available at the Documentation Center for a fee

There is no parking lot for Muremberg Justice/Memorium Nuremberg Trails, street parking (pay by meters) available

Nuremberg old town – there are paid parking garage available, pricing varies. We parked at Parking Garage Hauptmarket for 3 hours.

Documentation Center Nazi Party Rally Grounds

When we visited the permanent exhibition was under construction. A temporary exhibition was set up and had very good information about the rise and fall of the Nazi Party. We spent about 2 hours including the exhibition and walking around to Zeppelin field.

We walked from Congresshall/Documentation center via Große Str. around the lake to Zeppelinfield

Palace of Justice

Memorium Nuremberg Trails/Courtroom 600

Very informational exhibit about the Nuremberg Trails and a visit to Courtroom 600. We spent about 1 hour visiting the courtroom and viewing the exhibition.
