Dead Horse point state park is a Utah State Park. It is about 30 mins from Canyonlands National Park Island In the Sky visitor center. It is worth stopping by if visiting Canyonlands National Park from Moab.
Things to do
There are several overlooks and hikes, depending on how much time you have. We drove all the way to Dead horse point for the viewpoint and did not hike the rim trails.
